Established in 2005, with the support of Queens Economic Development, the Queens Borough President's office and community board 13,Queens Village LDC is a NYS Not for Profit corporation.

Our mission is to create a platform to develop and implement a comprehensive revitalization plan for the commercial districts within the Queens Village area.

Primary Objectives:

• Organize Merchant associations
• Spearhead commercial & residential beautification programs
• Producing special events and marketing programs to encourage retail patronage
• Spearhead neighborhood/commercial capital improvement programs
• Retail recruitment: Proactively court business that would help create and optimal merchant mix
• (Faith based initiative-provide technical assistance to religious groups for community development projects)?
